Module settings
Based on the equator of the sphere, draw lines of longitude in the upper hemisphere and the lower hemisphere respectively, dividing 48 blocks in the longitude direction and 8 blocks in the latitude direction , as shown in Figure 1 and above:
Control section:
1, Divide the ball by 1/48 and get 48 slices .
2, The display points are gradually reduced and mapped to the relevant points on the display, which is relatively easy to implement;
3, pixels are stitched on the basis of P3.27 , 1440x743 in this case ; the video source does not need special processing, and the video source is provided according to the rectangular screen. It can be considered as a rectangular screen with the perimeter as the bottom edge and 1/2 of the perimeter as the width .
Features and advantages of spherical (type) LED full-color display:
principle of LED spherical screen : it includes a plurality of spherical units and a display panel bracket, wherein the spherical units are connected to each other and supported by the display panel bracket, so as to form a spherical display screen, and the spherical unit is composed of a plurality of melon-shaped display panel components. The display panel assembly includes a plurality of warp spokes and weft spokes, the warp spokes and the weft spokes are engaged with each other through a plurality of tenons, and are connected with the display panel bracket through screws, and the display panel assembly also includes a display panel placed on the display panel bracket. The LED light board, the LED lights installed on the LED light board, the power supply connected to the LED light board, and the unit control board connected to the power supply, the unit control board controls the display of the LED lights on the LED light board. Each display assembly is assembled through multiple warp spokes and weft spokes through multiple tenons, which can be disassembled into a single component during transportation, and reassembled when needed, which is not only accurate but also easy to transport
