Daily Processing 60-80 Tons Feather Meal
The feathers and water on the slaughter line enter the hair collection tank, and the feather water mixture is transported to the feather meal raw material workshop through the pipeline under the action of the hair suction pump, first enters the feather water separator, and the feathers after the preliminary separation enter the spiral water extruder. The water content of the feathers after passing through the screw squeezer drops to 50-55%, and the separated water flows back into the hair-collecting pool through the pipe using the height difference, and the feathers after squeezing the water directly fall into the raw material warehouse for temporary storage. The separated water is returned to the chicken feather pond and slaughter workshop. The raw material silo (the design volume can be adjusted according to customer needs) opens the automatic feeding system when loading, and the feathers are directly conveyed to the tank of the hydrolysis and drying integrated machine at a uniform speed through the 4-axis screw conveyor at the bottom of the silo. The system is simple and easy to operate. Save labor.
