Stainless Steel Length Is 4685mm Shell Tube Condenser
The shell-and-tube condenser produced by Jiangsu Sunrise is used to condense the processing steam excluding the cooking equipment and the drying equipment.
Definition The cylinder of the vertical shell and tube condenser is installed upright on the storage tank. After the cooling water enters the pipeline from the top water distribution box, it flows down in a film-like shape along the wall, and the flowing water is concentrated in the pool below. The refrigerant vapor enters from the upper part of the cylinder, condenses into a liquid outside the tube after releasing heat, and is discharged from the bottom. The cooling water is in the tube pass (in the heat transfer tube bundle), and the refrigerant is in the shell side (the space inside the shell and outside the heat transfer tube bundle), that is, high-temperature, high-pressure refrigerant vapor is cooled and condensed on the outer surface of the heat transfer tube And converge to the shell (see Figure 1), where a) the shape of the condenser b) the diversion nozzle, (1—the outlet pipe joint 2—the pressure gauge joint 3—the inlet pipe joint 4—the water distribution box 5—the safety valve joint 6—Equal pressure pipe joint 7—Air discharge pipe joint 8—Oil drain pipe joint
