In order to improve the production efficiency, the preparation silo is arranged above the mixer so that there is always a batch of prepared materials waiting to be mixed, which can increase the production efficiency by 30%, so as to reflect the advantages of the high-efficiency mixer. The second is that the material will form an air arch and it is not easy to unload. The silo must be equipped with a flow-aid air cushion or a vibration motor; for maintenance and sealing, the silo mouth must be equipped with a pneumatic or manual valve; for smooth feeding, the angle of the silo cone should not be greater than 60 degrees.
The arch breaking of powder materials generally uses mechanical arch breaking, pneumatic arch breaking and vibration arch breaking at home and abroad. In order to fully reflect the advantages of the high-efficiency mixer, a premix silo is added, and a vibration motor or flow-aid air cushion is configured according to the size of the silo to prevent material from bridging; a pneumatic butterfly valve is installed at the connection with the mixer, which has good sealing performance.
Effectively control dust; the admixture feeding hopper is equipped with a dust collecting port, which solves the problem of dust flying when the valve is opened.
