Design Features
Material Corrosion-resistant materials.The raw material transfer pump produced by Jiangsu Senrong is used for the transportation of raw materials after crushing. It is specially designed for large-particle, high-viscosity biological materials. It is mainly used for whole raw fish, cooked fish, fish gills, slaughterhouse internal organs, The transport of materials such as poultry viscera and broken animal carcasses.
The raw material transfer pump is a positive volume pump. During the operation, the volume of the transfer chamber changes with the change of the blade, so that the material works between the feed and the discharge, and the discharged material is transported by pipeline to avoid contact with the outside. The blade and the conveying cavity are made of special wear-resistant materials, which ensure the reliability of use and replaceable design, which improves the convenience of later maintenance.
The mixed flow pump is a "pull-out" structure pump. When inspecting and disassembling the impeller and shaft seal, it is not necessary to disassemble the pipeline connected to the pump body. It is equipped with a precision-machined pump shaft and a bearing lubricated with thin oil, and a protective sleeve is installed in the stuffing box cover. The oil level of the bearing box can be controlled by a constant oil cup. The feet of the pump body can bear any load from the pipeline and transmit it directly to the foundation. In this way, the rotor will not bend because the pump is under load, thus ensuring the best service life of the bearing. Due to the larger flow area, thereby reducing blockage. The direction of rotation of the pump, viewed from the drive end, is clockwise. The power drive can be an electric motor or an internal combustion engine. The pump device can be equipped with a complete air release device, which is conducive to the exhaust of the suction pipeline. Shaft seal Packing seal or double mechanical seal.
