Rendering of sick livestock and poultry products (1) Blood Bleach disinfection method It is used for the treatment of infectious diseases and blood parasitic diseases in the blood of livestock and poultry in 3.1.1. Add 1 part of bleaching powder to 4 parts of blood and stir thoroughly, leave it for 24 hours, and bury it in a special landfill waste site. The high-temperature treatment cuts the coagulated blood into tofu cubes, puts them in boiling water and cooks them until the deep part of the blood clot turns black and red and becomes a honeycomb shape. (2) Hoofs, bones and horns The bones of sick animals and the hoofs and horns of the sick animals removed during the high-temperature treatment of the carcasses are cooked in a pressure cooker until the bones are free or defatted. (3) Fur Disinfection with hydrochloric acid salt solution It is used for disinfection of skins and coats of animals contaminated by 3.1.1 diseases and general sick animals. Mix the same amount with 2.5% hydrochloric acid solution and 15% salt solution, soak the skin in this solution, and keep the liquid temperature at about 30℃, soak for 40 hours, the ratio of skin to disinfectant is 1:10 (m/V) . After soaking, remove and drain, put it in 2% sodium hydroxide solution to neutralize the acid on the skin, rinse with water and dry. The disinfectant can also be prepared by adding 1mL of hydrochloric acid to 100mL of 25% saline solution, soaking for 18h at room temperature and 15℃, the ratio of skin to disinfectant is 1:4. After soaking, remove and drain, and then soak in 1% sodium hydroxide solution to neutralize the acid on the skin, then rinse with water and dry.
