A screw conveyor is installed at the bottom of the raw material bin to accurately convey the material. The main body of the raw material warehouse adopts the inclined design, and the bottom design filter screen allows the materials to collect the free liquid during the conveying process, thereby improving the processing effect of the subsequent process.
In the production process of the powder factory, it is equipped with a batching bin whose function is to receive, store and discharge the powdered raw materials required by the formula to ensure continuous production. The batching bin system generally includes the batching bin (group) body, feeding/dosing device, arch breaking device, material level device, distributor, screw conveyor and control system.
The layout of the batching warehouse According to the arranging method of the batching warehouse, it is divided into two kinds: the arranging plan and the taku plan.
The arranging warehouse is composed of many powder silos arranged in a row, and the axes of the various powder silos and the lower weighing system are arranged on a plane; the taku is the powder silos gathered in a high-rise square building, and the raw materials are arranged in it. The types and needs of the steel structure are used to make several grids as powder silos, and each raw material occupies one to two grids. There is a weighing part under the powder silo, and a mixing room under the weighing part.
