Taku Plan

The height and area of the factory building of the batching system should be compatible with the production process and batching volume.
After the raw materials are put into the warehouse, the weighing and mixing process should be mechanized, and the height of the workshop should be able to meet the requirements of the corresponding process layout. Taking into account the requirements of batching method and batching quantity, the factory buildings should generally adopt the form of multi-storey buildings. Open side windows are set on the wall on the windward side. And there is a certain height from the ground, which is to prevent the dust settled on the ground and the equipment in the lower part of the room from being raised again when the cleaner fresh air is sent to the factory.
The vertical layout of the batching workshop in a multi-storey building is generally to arrange the silo, screening, and dust collector on the upper layer, followed by the weighing and mixing parts, and the lower layer is generally a bucket elevator, belt conveyor, etc. In other words, there may be dusty air in each layer, so various separation measures to eliminate air channeling should be considered between layers
