The spray-type dust removal equipment can use circulating water until the particulate matter in the lotion reaches a fairly high level, which greatly simplifies Water treatment facilities. So this kind of dust removal equipment is still used by many enterprises. Its disadvantages are that the equipment is relatively bulky, the ability to process fine dust is relatively low, and the amount of water required is relatively large, so it is often used to remove flue gas with large dust particle size and high dust concentration.
The commonly used spray dust removal equipment is divided into three structures according to the flow pattern of gas and liquid in the dust removal equipment:
(1) Downstream spray type, that is, gas and water droplets flow in the same direction
(2) Countercurrent spray type, that is, the liquid is sprayed against the airflow
(3) Cross-flow spray type, that is, spray liquid in the direction perpendicular to the airflow.
