The screw feeder can convey powder and granule material from one machine to another.
It's efficient and convenient. It can work in cooperation with the packing machines to form a production line. So it is widely used in packaging line, especially semi-auto and automatic packaging line. It is mainly used in conveying powder materials, such as the milk powder, protein powder, rice powder, milk tea powder, solid beverage, coffee powder, sugar, glucose powder, food additives, feed, pharmaceutical raw materials, pesticide, dye, flavour, fragrances and so on.

The screw conveyor produced by Jiangsu SunRise is mainly used to stably and reliably transfer the materials in the process from one step to the next, including material conveying at horizontal and oblique angles. Screw conveyors can be used in the following areas: waste disposal, slaughtering, pet food, fishmeal and feather meal.
The screw conveyor is of a closed design, and the sealant is applied during assembly between the cover and the casing, which can effectively prevent the leakage of harmful gases during the material circulation. The screw conveyor can be equipped with a heating jacket, a cooling jacket, a filter net and an air cooling device depending on the different requirements of the material flowing in the process part. In addition, our pure stainless steel products can be used as food machinery, and no wear plates are required on food grade screw conveyors.
Depending on the quantity and type of material the customer needs to deliver, we can supply screw conveyors of different materials and models, including stainless steel, carbon steel or a combination of the two.
