Storage Material Double Shaft
After the harmless collection vehicle loaded with raw materials enters the harmless treatment workshop, it directly unloads sick and dead livestock and poultry into the raw material collection bin. After the unloading is completed, the door of the raw material storage bin (which can store 15-20 cubic meters of material at one time) is automatically closed, and the automatic feeding system is turned on. In the crusher, (the blade of the pre-crusher is made of French steel imported from Germany, the perfect combination of hardness and toughness can achieve the crushing of the whole dead animal, with a processing capacity of 12-15 tons/hour). In a closed environment, under the action of a reamer, the material is broken into pieces of meat with a particle size of 40mm-50mm. After the material conveying and pre-crushing are completed, the raw material warehouse and the pre-crushing machine can be cleaned and disinfected automatically. The crushed material directly enters the stainless steel storage hopper, which plays the role of buffer storage, and then directly enters the high-temperature tank making through the pipeline by means of negative pressure hydraulic pump. The volume is 15-20 cubic meters per hour, and the intelligent operation does not require direct contact by personnel, which avoids secondary pollution of bacteria and greatly improves the working environment.
