The sequencing batch cooking machine produced by Jiangsu SunRise is a cooking equipment that combines sterilization, hydrolysis and drying. The machine is compact in design and simple to install, and can be adapted to the processing requirements of a wide range of materials. The cooking machine is mainly used for sterilizing, hydrolyzing and drying animal by-products such as mixed meat internal organs and aggregates, raw blood, wet feathers and mixed poultry internal organs.
The steamer is indirectly heated by steam. In addition to the steam inside the jacket, the steam is also passed between the center pipe and the wall pipe, so that the material to be treated can be brought into maximum contact with the steam flow surface to ensure efficient and uniform cooking process. The tank and rotor are made according to the requirements of GB150 pressure vessel design specifications to ensure the safe operation of the product.
