1. GM PVC material transfer PAC pump diaphragm metering pump chemical dosing pump is compact structure, no leakage, safe operation and easy to maintain.
2. The flow can be adjusted by controling the speed regulating handwheel. And the multi-layer composite structure diaphragm has longer service life.
3. Medium can be corrosive and high viscosity, and should be without solid and with viscosity range of 0.3~800 mm2/s.
4. The chemical dosing pump is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, spinning, food industry, papermaking, atomic energy, power plants, plastics, pharmacy, water works, environmental protection or other industries.

Precautions
1. During trial operation, check the connection parts to ensure that there is no looseness in each connection part.
2. Electrical appliances and instruments are working normally; there must be no leakage in the pipelines of oil, gas, and water systems; pressure and hydraulic pressure are normal.
3. Frequently check whether there are floating objects near the water inlet to prevent blockage of the water inlet.
4. The temperature of the rolling bearing of the axial flow pump should not be greater than 75 degrees.
5. Pay attention to the sound and vibration of the water pump at any time, and immediately shut down and check if any abnormality is found.
6. The temperature of the oil in the gear box should be normal.
