Description
The surface features of the insulation material can noticeably influence the insulation-layer thickness needed to prevent condensation. This is because the material surface itself determines its thermal exchange capability with its surroundings. Objects with dark and rough surface are generally better able to absorb heat and increase the surface temperature than their lighter and smoother counterparts. Dark, rough and low-reflectance materials are beneficial for anti-condensation control, and the anti-condensation thickness needed is smaller. The parameter used to describe this surface feature is named surface heat-transfer coefficient. Since the micro-relief foaming technique which increases surface roughness regularly is adopted, the effective surface heat-transfer coefficient of HX-Cool boards is higher than that of traditional products, and their ability to prevent surface condensation is higher.

Techniques
1.Seamless bonding
HX-Cool uses supporting fast-drying solvent YIBA glue, which can ensure a continuous and seamless bonding effect, to conduct bonding at joints and seams. 2.Formaldehyde free
Formaldehyde is classified as possibly cancerogenic, and authoritative health and safety organizations in many countries have set limits for the maximum exposure amount of it. HX-Cool does not contain nor release formaldehyde, hence making no difference to the interior formaldehyde limitation level.
3. Fiber and dust free
Materials heavy in dust and fiber can induce extra hazards on people’s health; besides, these materials will also aggravate the respiratory environment accompanying the breeding of mould and bacteria. YIBA products are completely fiber- and dust -free, hence they are very suitable for densely-populated areas such as public areas, hospitals and office buildings, etc.
