Product type: High-quality primer series, two-layer topcoat system, designed for automotive and commercial vehicles.
Application: Suitable for new car parts or restoration, no color adjustment or only fine-tuning.
Ratio: Fixing paint: thinner = 1:0.7~1 (can be adjusted according to actual conditions)
Use time after mixing: 24 hours
Spraying tools: Nozzle diameter: 1.0-1.5mm; Spray gun pressure: 3.5-4.0kg/mm²
Spraying method: Wet spray 2~3 layers (5~10 minutes between each layer)
Drying time: Clear varnish can be applied after 15 minutes to 5 hours
Dust removal: Use dust removal cloth to remove surface dust before spraying
Unsuitable substrates: Thermoplastic acrylic paint or alloy primer
Fixing paint: thinner = 1:0.7~1 (can be adjusted according to actual conditions)

After spraying, wait 15 minutes to 5 hours before applying the clear varnish to ensure the best adhesion and gloss.
Before spraying, make sure to use a dust cloth to remove dust from the surface to ensure the uniformity and smoothness of the coating. Please note that this product is not suitable for substrates of thermoplastic acrylic paint or alloy primer. In actual operation, users can adjust the ratio of solid color paint to thinner as needed to ensure the best spraying effect and paint film quality.
Precautions:
When spraying this series of paint, you need to spray it 2 times, wet-on-wet spraying 15 minutes apart each time, to avoid fish eyes. Use the matching thinner varnish for better results, and it should not exceed 25 microns.
