Product Description
F-505 Soil primer, which also serves as the first layer of the body paint mixture coating, is used to cover the surface of the body steel plate. Its main function is to provide coating adherence and prevent corrosion of the body steel plate. M-505 Soil Primer The majority of the time, it cannot fix the surface faults in the car body, but it can get the bare metal ready for putty, primer, and topcoat. The M-505 primer is used to serve as a transitional layer between the painted surface and the finish. the two are well combined.
The right soil primer choice is essential because it impacts not only the soil primer's anti-corrosion and adhesion but also its cost to spray, ease of use when building with it, duration of the paint film, and compliance with standards for automotive coating quality. Other elements that significantly affect coating quality include thickness, uniformity, dryness of the paint layer, appropriate use of thinners, building environment (temperature, relative humidity), and pretreatment of the coated surface. The quality of the prime coat may be altered by a number of variables.
