Products Description:
The Label Remover Machine also named De-labelling Machine, Label Scraper Machine.
It mainly used in the waste PET Bottle Recycling industrial factory to remove the shrinking labels or the sleeve labels from the PET Bottles. It also can use in the waste HDPE Bottle Recycling factory.
The label on the PET Bottles is a big problem for PET Bottle Recycling, it will low down the final PET flake's quality. We must remove the label from it. So we designed the Label Remover Machine to remove the labels from the bottles;
Design Principle:
1- Main Rotor with blades on it which is can changeable, the blades made by alloyed steel.
2- One motor drive the main rotor rotating with blades to remove labels from the bottles
3- The scraped off labels suction out by fan blower, there is screen mesh before fan blower to stop bottles and caps suction out
4- There is another rotor to cleaning the screen to avoid the labels block the screen mesh
5- The bottles after label removed out from another end
6- It's dry working without water so it will save the water use
