Nylon film is known for its toughness, transparency, gloss, and high tensile strength. It exhibits excellent heat and cold resistance, as well as strong oil and organic solvent resistance. Due to its superior abrasion and puncture resistance, combined with a relatively soft texture and outstanding oxygen barrier properties, PA6 films are extensively used in packaging various products, including greasy foods, meat, fried items, vacuum-sealed products, and steamed foods.
However, the production of nylon films generates a significant amount of scrap material, which holds considerable recycling potential. As a result, there is a growing demand for specialized recycling equipment to process this valuable waste.
According to this characteristics type of PA film, the high mechanical strength of the PA film, from the processing flow, it is necessary to pre-shrink its size with s shredder before granulation. After shredding, the final size about 60-80mm. Then we design ML serious Compact Recycling Granulator. This type of recycling machine has advanced cutting, compaction, and drying combined with a gentle plasticization process design, which can effectively maintain the performance of the material and improve the quality of the recycled particles.
The PA film shredding by shredder, the shredded film feeding into compactor by belt. Design the compactor we adopt the motor drives the movable knife at the bottom of the compacting chamber to rotate. The rotating movable knife and the fixed knife installed on the wall of the compaction chamber form a cutting force and generate frictional heat. The frictional heat causes the film to shrink. The deflector on the wall of the compaction chamber compacts the material downward, and the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the cutter head sends the shrink film into the extruder screw.

The film in the compaction chamber is being cut and compacted. And the generated moisture and dust will be collected and stored by this device.
