We used Full Dull 70D Recycling Nylon Polyamide to match 40 Denier Spandex, to make this fabric in soft hand feel, high filament with nice feeling as close as micro fiber,
And we put the special treatment on the bulk fabrics with Anti UV with Breathable,
With using high quality of Recycling Polyamide, we worked with such high quality and high reputation company UNIFI and Repreve is the first choice for us to using it as cooperation company for North American Fabrics and South American Fabrics Markets,
Our capacity of knitting fabric Repreve Nylon and Repreve Polyester is,
- Repreve Recycling Polyamide, we knited approx 40,000 mts per months
- Repreve Plastic Bottle Recycling Polyester, we knitted approx 50,000 mts per months
To using REPREVE NYLON, we choose Unifi with their technique fibre Repreve,
This is one famous fibers developed in United States, we bought the yarns/fibers from Unifi and we knitted fabrics here in China,
We called this is American Fibers but made in China Fabrics, and we used our high-tech dyed machines to make the Pantone colors as good as customer wanted it,
Recycling Polyamide we used Repreve Polyamide which is from UNIFI and we are now using Lycra Spandex, this is to make sure it is high quality Chlorine-Resistant, nice hand feel and good stretchy,
All solid colors of Recycling Polyamide Nylon here in SEVNNA TEXTILE can be customized any colors and base fabrics, and we mainly used PANTONE color book, Recycled Italy recycled recycled Colors Book and fabric swatches to matching colors,
Repreve is running very smoothing and knitted by Circular and Warp Knit here for special quality, whatever the Jersey, 4 Way Stretchy and even Textured,
Our fabric has the function Anti UV and Breathable for Swimwear,
With our special knit methods, our fabrics can acheive it SPF 50 in warp knit and circular knit. and we are proud of that becuase customer can bring their swim suit to anywhere for swimming with UV PROTECTION,
