When we talk about nylon taffeta, usually we will think of 380T, 260T, 210T. But they're all FDY yarn and handfeel is not soft.
Now we have develop DTY yarn of nylon and use it on the weft side as replacement of FDY yarn. Now the fabric is Warp 40D FDY and Weft 50D DTY, the fabric is plain and soft, maybe we can call it nylon pongee.
