How to take care of hair:

1.Use gentle shampoo to wash your hair.

2. Keep your hair well conditioned.

3. Use the low heat when blow drying hair.

4. Just like your natural hair, hair extensions will get damaged with excessive brushing and exposure to heat.

5. The combs you’d better choose the round head width row spacing.

6. Do not discover the hair on sunshine too long.

7. Do not blows the root of hairs too near with the hair drier

8. Do not grasping the root of hair overexert when washing.

9. If the hair is straight, pls straighten it after wash. If it is wave, pls put some hair gel for holding this wave.

10.Be mindful of how long you expose your extensions to heat when straightening or curling.

11.Wash your hair and scalp every 5 – 10 days.

12.If you want to keep your extensions long lasting and smooth, my suggestion is put some hair oil regularly

Virgin hair is unprocessed human hair which is collected from a single person. It is hair that has not been damaged by perms, dye, or bleach.

2. What is Remy hair?

Remy hair is collected in a manner that keeps all of the strands in one direction from root to tip. Remy hair extensions are stronger, healthier and tangle free as compared to non-Remy hair. This hair may have undergone a process for texture. This hair can be used for multiple installations.

3. Will the hair look natural?

Yes, it will look natural because it is 100% natural virgin Remy human hair.

4. Will the hair look exactly like the hair in the picture?

The picture is to give an idea of our hair's texture. There will be slight variations between the hair you receive and the hair featured in the photo. There will be slight variations in color and texture between each bundle, for they each are from a different donor.

5. Can the hair be dyed?

All of our hair products can be colored or lightened. We recommend you to make a colored test on a swatch of hair first to see how your new color will look.

6. Why are my hair extensions getting tangled?

It could be caused by dry hair. Pls. make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Comb the hair from time to time. You could go to your stylist for further suggestions.

7. How long does it last?

How long the hair lasts depends on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it, and then normally it could last longer than 1 year.

8. How to tell human hair with synthetic hair?

A: human hair has natural protein. It is easy to tell by burning and smell: human hair will be ash, which will go away after pinching. Human hair will smell foul. When burning, the human hair will show white smoke.

While synthetic hair will be a sticky ball after burning and will show black smoke.

Moreover, human hair may have very few gray hairs and split ends. It is normal and not a quality problem..
