Will it Tangled?: As this is 100% human virgin hair, the hair is still with full cuticles aligned in the same direction. After we make the straight hair into different curl patterns, the cuticles on each strand of hair is no longer lie beside each other, it might be going up and forward, that's why sometimes you will feel it's not very easy to run your fingers through the hair, and this is simply because it has a hair style and the cuticles are stopping your fingers because from what they might react your fingers are some kind of invader. Hair can get tangled because it's too dry and gathering too much of dust and other stuff, at this time remember not to wash it with shampoo because that's gonna make it even worse. Wash it with clear warm water and deep condition it for a while, it will get better and better!

 Can I wash & blow-dry the hair extensions?  You can wash them as you would your own. Shampoo and conditioner. We also recommend using a hair treatment on them every few weeks, because the hair is not attached to your scalp, it is not getting the oils it should be. Using a treatment/hair mask will help keep them looking healthier and shiny for longer! You will find that you don't need to wash your extensions too much, about every 3 weeks. The extensions can be blow-dryed on low setting, but it is not recommended to do it too often. It is best to let your hair extensions dry naturally after washing them. please comb from bottom to top.

How to tell human hair with synthetic hair?  human hair has natural protein . It is easy to tell by burning and smell: human hair will be ash , which will go away after pinching. human hair will smell foul . When burning , the human hair will show white smoke. While synthetic hair will be a sticky ball after burning and will show black smoke . Moreover, human hair may have very few gray hair and split end. It is normal and not a quality problem.

Can I dye the hair? What should I can pay attention to?Treat the hair as if it is your own. Use a flat iron/ straightener or tongs, even when fitted, but as with your own hair, never use hot tools too often as you could dry the hair and it will not last as long.
