Product Description

Advantage
1.The three - gear drill bit is specially designed for drilling projects such as water well drilling and micro pile foundations. It has advantages in drilling hard rocks.
2. The floating bearing structure is adopted. The floating element is made of a new material with high strength, high elasticity, high temperature resistance and high wear resistance, and the surface is treated with solid lubricant. While reducing the relative linear speed of the bearing pair, the temperature rise of the friction surface is reduced, which can effectively improve the bearing life and bearing reliability under high drilling pressure or high speed drilling process conditions.
3. High-precision metal seals are adopted. The metal seal is composed of a pair of carefully designed and processed metal sealing rings as the axial dynamic seal of the bearing, and two highly elastic rubber energy supply rings are located in the tooth palm and the cone sealing area as static seals. The optimized sealing compression ensures that the two metal ring sealing surfaces always maintain good contact.
4. The steel ball locks the cone to adapt to high speed.
5. The full rubber oil storage bag that can limit the pressure difference and prevent drilling fluid from entering the lubrication system provides a good lubrication guarantee for the bearing system.
6. A new type of grease that can withstand high temperatures of 250°C and resist wear is adopted.
7. The insert drill bit adopts high-strength and high-toughness carbide teeth, optimized tooth row number, number of teeth, exposed tooth height and unique alloy tooth shape, giving full play to the high wear resistance and excellent cutting ability of the insert drill bit. The new wear-resistant material is welded on the tooth surface of the steel tooth drill bit, which increases the life of the drill bit cutting teeth while maintaining the high mechanical drilling speed of the steel tooth drill bit.
