As an advanced integrated hydraulic DTH drilling rig, the RCZ535 represents a significant upgrade from the mature model, and its core components are all selected from world - renowned brands. The rig operates a screw air compressor and hydraulic system from a single power package ( containing only a diesel engine ), with a staggered design to increase power output. Compared with traditional split drilling rigs, the RCZ535 ’ s diesel engine consumes 30 % less energy and reduces maintenance costs by 50 %. Its integrated design increases productivity by eliminating the need for a rea r- mounted air compressor, reducing air transmission losses and optimizing remote fleet management.
RCZ535 is widely used in many fields, including but not limited to open - pit mine blast hole drilling, quarry blast hole drilling, highway blast hole drilling, water conservancy projects, power station construction, railway construction and other construction drilling projects.
