High-Temp PEEK Pellets are a high-performance engineering plastic with the following properties:
High temperature resistance: PEEK glass transition temperature of up to 143 °C, melting point of 334 °C, can maintain mechanical properties and dimensional stability in high temperature environment, suitable for long-term work in 250°C or higher temperature environment, can withstand temperatures of up to 310°C in a short time.
Chemical corrosion resistance: PEEK has a good tolerance to most organic solvents, acids and alkalis, and only strong oxidizing substances such as concentrated sulfuric acid can affect it, making it widely used in chemical, aerospace and other fields.
Mechanical properties: PEEK has high strength and high hardness, while having good impact resistance and wear resistance, even under long-term load can maintain good mechanical properties.
Electrical properties: PEEK is an excellent electrical insulation material, with low dielectric constant and dielectric loss, and small changes in a wide range of temperature and frequency, suitable for electronic and electrical fields.
