Description:

Central to its appeal, the drip rain test machine possesses a sturdy framework that simplifies relocation and ensures a smooth-running test environment. The columnar design incorporates a versatile height adjustment mechanism for the drip plate, enabling it to accommodate and test a wide array of sample sizes effectively.

• The drip board is made of stainless steel , with 0.4mm needle nozzles evenly distributed(the water level is invisible). And it can be lifted and lowered by the electric hoist device, and has a photoelectric detection switch, which can stop falling at a distance of 200mm from the sample. Also , a protective cover is installed under the drip board to protect personnel from being hurt by the nozzle.
• The sample power socket (220V, 10A) is mounted on the side of the turntable , which is convenient for the user to do the live test of the sample ; and after the sample is powered on , the turntable rotation will be automatically adjusted to forward and reverse rotation to prevent winding⁵.
• Controller : 7-inch touch screen + PLC, using Yuexin self-developed software , which can be switched to multiple languages⁶.
• Universal casters are mounted on the bottom , which has good load-bearing and easy to move and fix the equipment.
• Protection measures : short circuit protection , safety shield protection.
• Four pillars are used to support the drip board, which is stable and firm.
• Drip board lifting has high and low level limitations, using two metal sensors to sense.
• The water inlet of the drip tray comes in from the centre of the top and spreads out in all directions so that the water drips relatively evenly.
• Needle nozzles are made of replaceable plastic nozzles, easy to maintain and delivered with needle nozzles.
• The installation of the drip test equipment is very simple, only need to fix the right side of the chassis on top of the frame, through the locking screws.

6 At present, only Chinese and English interfaces are supported; if other languages are introduced, the software can be updated remotely.

7 The standard model is adjusted by a flowmeter, and the upper surface of the float is aligned with the scale to read the data; if you need to export the test data, you can choose a flow sensor.

8 The data is calculated based on the dripping area, IPX1:0.8×0.8×(0.001~0.0015)=0.00064~0.00096m³/min(that is 0.64~0.96L/min). When reading the flowmeter, the second digit after the decimal point is the estimated reading data, not accurate data; if the user is concerned about the accuracy of the data, a flow sensor can be selected through negotiation.

9 200mm is the distance from the nozzle to the sample specified in the standard, and the user needs to adjust the height of the drip board to meet the distance requirement.

10 One test only at the same time. The next project can be only carried out after the current test is completed. In addition, we can provide multi-functional customized test solutions according to user requirements.
