Introduction of IPX5 IPX6 water jet test machine:
 

The operational process of this test chamber is significantly simplified by its button-controlled interface, which enables users to configure the spray test duration, modify the water flow intensity, and tailor other essential parameters with ease.

• The left side of the equipment is the control box, and the right side is the water storage tank. The volume of the water tank is about 400L.
• Spray angle can be adjusted manually.
• The sample power socket (220V, 10A) is mounted on the side of the turntable, which is convenient for the user to do the live test of the sample; and after the sample is powered on, the turntable rotation will be automatically adjusted to forward and reverse rotation to prevent winding ⁶.
• Universal casters are mounted on the bottom, which has good load-bearing and easy to move and fix the equipment.
• Protection measures: short circuit protection, water shortage alert.

The IPX5 and IPX6 certified rain test chamber meticulously assesses the water-tightness of premium electronics like smartphones, tablets, cameras, LCD TVs, and more. By replicating harsh weather scenarios including torrential rains and downpours, it verifies the equipment's and its components' peak performance in demanding environments.

 Installation requirements:

• Aisle: Before the equipment enters the factory, please confirm that the space in the aisle, elevator, laboratory, etc. of the factory area is sufficient for the equipment to pass through.
• Water source: Please prepare clean water source.
• Power supply: 380V/50HZ, 2.0kw, please check whether it is compatible.
• Site space: ≥W4000×D2800×2500mm.
• The ground is flat and the rooms are ventilated.
• The laboratory needs to have drains or floor drains.

7 Since the capacity of the water storage tank is limited, and the spray water cannot be recycled quickly, it is recommended that the user set the test time between 3-5 minutes to avoid insufficient water supply.

8 The standard model is adjusted by a flowmeter, and the upper surface of the float is aligned with the scale to read the data; Please change to another model if you need to export the test data.
