Through a sophisticated lifting mechanism, the height of the swing tube on this apparatus can be customized, catering to diverse product sizes and specific testing needs by manipulating its vertical position and inclination. This feature enhances the possibility of achieving premium testing performance. Furthermore, the installation of a flow sensor characterized by exceptional repeatability narrows the margin of error in consecutive measurements, ensuring measurement data remains steadfast and dependable.

• The counterweight is added at the bottom of the case to lower the center of gravity of the case and make the device more stable when swinging.
• There is a water storage tank inside the equipment and a water level control system. When it is short of water, it will alarm.
• The sample power socket (220V, 10A) is mounted under the control cabinet, which is convenient for the user to do the live test of the sample; and after the sample is powered on, the turntable rotation will be automatically adjusted to forward and reverse rotation to prevent winding ⁵.
• The swing tube is driven by a servo motor, with precise swing angle and low noise.
• Controller: 7-inch touch screen + PLC, using Yuexin self-developed software, which can be switched to multiple languages⁶.
• Stainless steel counterweights are added at both ends of the swing tube to improve the fluency of swing and reduce the shaking range of the swing tube.
• Universal casters are mounted on the bottom, which has good load-bearing and easy to move and fix the equipment.
• Protection measures: short circuit protection, water shortage alert.
