Hydraulic crane rail platform is special purpose railway construction wago, which is designed for lifting and transport concrete sleepers, rails, machinery or other packing materials from stockyard to construction sites by railway. By adding movable end plates and doors around the platform, it could also transfer ballast. This hydraulic crane rail platform is proven to be economic and practical for railway construction contractor.
The crane platform is composed of one set on-board hydraulic crane with power station and one set railway flat wagon. The hydraulic crane and the flat wagon are totally independent.The crane is powered by seperate hydraulic power unit.
There are straight arm type crane and folded arm type crane for customer to choose from. The hydraulic crane's lifting capabilities could be 5 tons, 8 tons, 10 tons, or 12 tons. The crane's hydraulic power station is composed of diesel engine, battery, hydraulic oil tank, hydraulic pumps, etc. Customer could name the brand of the crane or accept our recommended brand. To improve the safety during railway work, we offer various safety limiters and remote control according to customer need.
The crane platform is typical railway flat wagon, we could provide different load flat wagon from 40t to 70t for customer to choose from. The flat wagon is towed by locomotive and the towing speed could be up to 120km/h.
