Breif introduction:
Railway axle is the main part of the wheel set. In addition to connect two wheels, the axle also need to mount the axle box or bearing lubrication device on the two ends. The axle is vital to train’s running and safety.
Our railway axle is processed by forging, heat treatment and machining. We are able to deliver semi-finished, and finished axles according to customer requirements. We could provide various standards axles like TB, EN, AAR, GOST for various railway freight wagons, passenger coaches and locomotives.
Typical railway axle is designed with axle journal, dustproof plate seat, wheels seat, axle body. Bearings are mounted on the axle journal and the two wheels are pressed on the wheel seat.
