Brief introduction:
100t hot metal ladle transfer rail wagon is specially designed to transport 100t molten iron ladle by railway. It is low speed molten metal transport wagon. It has the features of simple structure, low volume, low cost, small radius, easy operation and has been widely applied in steelmaking industry.
This ladle wagon is mainly composed of chassis, coupler buffer, iron tank, bogies and etc. This wagon body is all welded steel structure, consisting of support, bending beam, pillow beam, traction beam and other parts. The main section steel and steel plate are made of Q235-A steel. The wagon is equipped with No.13 type B top acting coupler, MT-3 buffer, and reinforced 80-1 bogie. The bogies includes side frame, bolster, wheels and axles, axle box and spring assembly.
