4, high temperature resistance. Ceramic ball in the sintering process to experience thousands of degrees Celsius high temperature and a lot of pressure, its internal molecular structure is very stable, the arrangement is very dense, which makes its coefficient of thermal expansion is very low, the change in temperature has almost no effect on the size of its structure. The working temperature of ceramic ball can reach 1200 degrees Celsius or even higher, low temperature also has little effect on it, so it is widely used in the aerospace field.
5, light weight. The weight of ceramic ball is only 50%-60% of the weight of ordinary steel ball, which is promising in the field of bearings and aerospace.
6, self-lubricating. Ceramic ball itself has good self-lubricating properties, high processing accuracy. Can reach G5, G10 level, ceramic ball wear-resistant as well as structural stability, not easy to deform, so it can be fine-tuned, applied to many special industries.
7, insulation. Ceramic has a good insulation effect.
