1) The flat tubes are stocked in a tube magazine, and are distributed through a servo tube distribution device. The overall comb teeth structure could ensure the flat tube positioning accuracy.
2) The radiator core builder is designed with 2-hand push buttons for safety operation.

2. What’s the requirements for assembling the head plate of automatic core building machine?
The requirements for assembling the head plate of automatic core building machine is relatively high,the allowable tolerance is small,less burr,the direction of each hole of tube must maintain smooth.
3. Does it can assemble the same height of fins in the radiator core and condenser core in the same machine?
No,because it has big difference between the radiator tube and condenser tube,it can’t be mixed use.
4. Does it can assemble different heights of fins in the same machine ?
No,at the moment the core building machine only can assemble the cores which has single specification height of fins.If it needs to assemble different heights of fins,it needs to customize from us.
