Aluminum Brazing Furnace introduction

The furnace is a cyclic brazing furnace. The working size is 800×500×1200 (mm), and the heating method adopts top, bottom, two sides and four sides heating.
The furnace body is welded by section steel and steel plate, the inside is pressed to release the furnace gall, the outer layer has a heating element, the heating element is heated by OCr25Al5 resistance wire, and then the outer layer has a lightweight refractory brick to make the furnace, the outside of the furnace is a refractory insulation material (using Shandong Luyang aluminum silicate throwing blanket), the appearance is a steel plate, the heating element is distributed on the top and bottom of the furnace gall, the left and right walls, and the layout is reasonable. Furnace gallbladder.The furnace bladder is made of 1Cr18Ni9Tiδ(Ti type austenitic stainless steel)=6mm, welded and formed by stainless steel plate, the space size in the furnace bladder is 1000×700×1400mm, the working size is 800×500×1200mm, the bottom surface is flat, and the upper part is arc-shaped.
