Procedure of producing radiator:
Prepare the radiator component, assemble the core, brazing, assemble the plastic tank,then finish assembling the whole radiator.
This core builder machine can assemble the head plate, fin, side plate, and other workpiece one-time assembly into the radiator core body.

Product features of Core Builder Machine :
The whole equipment adopts mechanical and electrical combination, PLC control, pneumatic components with mechanical device execution structure, with manual operation (tube, tape, head plate), automatic patting, clamping, assembly and other steps to complete the core assembly.
The equipment is easy to operate and can be set two operation modes: automatic operation and manual operation. The automatic operation mode is one-button operation, which is used for normal radiator or condenser core assembly production.
Manual operation mode is used for device mechanism adjustment

The equipment is divided into frame and table, front and rear pressing adjustment mechanism, left and right assembly mechanism, comb mechanism, left head plate installation platform, right head plate installation platform, electrical control system.
