This machine is a pneumatic radiator manufacturing machine with servo motor, suitable for mass production of single model products. The working speed is fast and the operation is simple. PLC controller can edit and store the working program of 200 types of plastic radiator tank. Aluminum radiator plastic tank crimping riveting machine is used to crimp header plate teeth and lock the plastic tank on the core. There is a sealing space between the crimping plastic tank, the sealing gasket and the header plate. It is suitable for crimping all kinds of products. Radiator crimping machine is divided into long side head crimping mechanism and end crimping mechanism. Both long and short side headers are crimped through a machine cycle.

We can divide them into three types.

A.The first one is single side single crimping head automatic crimping machine.The features are using simply,cheap price.But because the single crimping head tools have the long working cycle,the working efficiency is low.The narrow side tab needs to compress with hands.

B.The second one is single side two crimping heads automatic crimping machine.The features are two crimping heads can work at the same time.The speed and the efficiency is high.The narrow side tab needs to compress with another tools.

C.The third one is single side two crimping heads and the other side also two crimping heads automatic crimping machine.The features are it can finish the crimping of all the whole tanks in the same working stations.The working efficiency is very high.Single side two crimping heads and its narrow side needs to crimp with another clamping tools.The features are when it finishes crimping the long side and needs to crimp the narrow side tab.
