Structural Introduction:

The VPI-1500 vacuum impregnating equipment is comprised of

vacuum pressure impregnating tank, paint storage tank, cleaning tank,

vacuum buffer, exhaust buffer, vacuum system, electrical control system,

heat exchange system, condensation system, anti-explosion system,

paint supply and return system, and heating system.

1) vacuum pressure impregnating tank

a) specification ( inner diameter * linear side height) : ￠1500×1845mm

2) paint storage tank

3) cleaning tank

hole and valves (DN20), level indicator, and sampling hole.

c) The system cleans the impregnating tank, pipes, flanges and valves, effectively

avoiding pipe clogging in the middle of working.

d) The cleaning liquid can be used repeatedly without pollution to the environment.

4) vacuum system

a) The vacuum system is comprised of 2X-30 rotary vane pump,main valve, vacuum buffer,

vacuum meter, pipes, and valves.

5) vacuum buffer:

The vacuum unit is equipped with a vacuum buffer at the air inlet. This buffer keeps

the solvents out of the vacuum unit, and prolongs the service life of the vacuum unit.

6) filtering buffer:

This paint goes through the filter pipe and stainless valves, and then come into the

impregnating tank. The filter removes impurities out of the paint, and improves the

impregnation effect.

7) cleaning system

The cleaning system connects the cleaning tank and the impregnating tank.

It cleans the impregnation tank, pipes, valves and flanges, and returns the

cleaning liquid to the cleaning tank for use next time.

8) paint supply and return system

a) The paint supply and return sytem works througth the pressure difference. The

level is monitorable at the time of paint supply and return.

b) It is comprised of specially designed filter, paint supply and return valve, pipes, etc.

c) When supplying the paint, the control valve has to be shut down when the paint

level meets the preset value.

FUNCTION: circulation of insulation paint between the impregnating tank and the

paint storage tank.

9) exhaust system

a) The system is comprised of air discharger and pipes.

FUNCTION: The system is used to remove the waste gas of the impregnating

tank and the vacuum pump.

a) It is comprised of electrical control cabinet, temperature meter, contactor, transformer,

and voltage meter. The control system has a high stability.

12) hydraulic system

FUNCTION: The system opens or locks the tank lid of the impregnating tank.

This system is used to dry the workpieces through 36kw electrical heating tubes.
