NY3051-4 Intellient Presssure Transmitter Working Principle
NP3051 series intelligent differential pressure / pressure transmitter has a variable capacitance sensing assembly called "δ" chamber see the figure below, the process pressure is transmitted through the "δ" chamber on both sides of the isolation diaphragm, filling fluid to the "δ " chamber to the center diaphragm. The center diaphragm is a tension elastic element, which produces a corresponding deformation displacement for the pressure difference between the two sides acting on it, and this displacement is transformed into the differential capacitance formed on the capacitor pole plate. The differential capacitance is converted into a standard output signal by an electronic circuit.
1. The powerful 24-bit CPU realizes high-precision and fast response LCD display. 2. The low temperature can reach -30 ℃. 3. Key operation can rewrite the range on site. 4. Powerful personal protection, transmitter security guard. 5. Damping time can be set to change between 0.1~16s. 6. Pressure value unit conversion between KPa, Pa, InH20 bar, etc. can be realized. 7. Failure and safety modes can be set by toggling the failure/safety switch. 8. With single point, multi-point and burst mode. 9. With power failure protection function, it can save its working data automatically when power failure. 10.
