RF Capacitor Switch Measurement principle

 

The advanced digital intelligent compensation technology is used in the NYDR capacitive level switch to convert the liquid level change in the container to the capacitance change. There are two plates in the probe. The dielectric change changes the dielectric constant between the electrodes, and the change of the capacitance is obtained. The capacitance is converted into the pulse digital signal by the electronic plug-in. The design of alarm point and the realization of alarm action are accomplished by microprocessor.

  • The product uses intelligent microprocessor components and differential measurement technology, can measure water, sewage, mud, and other liquids, especially can be effective and accurate measurement of strong corrosive media, can be changed in the environment and suspended material dynamic compensation
  • This product can be used in the non-metal tank sensor built-in subsidy electrode, the container does not need to add electrodes;
  • The operation is very simple, only need to adjust the corresponding sensitivity knob according tothe medium, and wave delay filter can be used;
  • The upper limit and lower limit alarm mode is set flexibly, the user can choose the regular open and close contact;
  • The single point relay and multi point relay adopt high performance imported single pole double throw relay. The current capacity of single point contact can reach 8 A and multi point type 3 A.An alarm device that can drive directly within the range;
  • Using PTFE detector, the detection position is unmovable, shock resistance, high temperatureresistance, corrosion resistance.
