Operating Principle
Tuning fork level switch is also often called tuning fork level meter or tuning fork level controller, mainly because tuning fork level meter in different links in industrial production, the actual key role is different, people habitually called many different names. Tuning fork level switch is a kind of level switch, mainly using tuning fork resonant principle to measure the level of state, its unique fork design and inherent vibration characteristics, can ensure the automatic cleaning function of tuning fork and prevent hanging material to the maximum extent.
Tuning fork level switch is a new level control switch, it is mainly by tuning fork, through the vibration principle to measure the level of height. The working principle of tuning fork level controller is to make the tuning fork vibrate at a certain resonance frequency through a pair of piezoelectric crystals installed on the tuning fork base. When the tuning fork is in contact with the measured medium, the frequency and amplitude of the tuning fork will change. These changes will be detected by the intelligent circuit, processed and converted into a switching signal.
