The working Principle of Unique Circuit Design RF Admittance Level Transmitter For Strong Corrosive Liquid
The material level meter uses high-frequency technology to generate a low-power radio frequency signal on the probe from the electronic circuit. The probe acts as a sensitive element and feeds back the signal changes caused by the dielectric constant of the material level to the electronic circuit; these changes include capacitance and The change of the conductance, so the reactance (the signal of the comprehensive change of the capacitive reactance and the impedance) is processed in the electronic circuit; the change of the reactance causes the phase of the high frequency signal on the pole to change. Therefore, the phase difference between the high-frequency signal on the pole and the reference signal in the electronic circuit also changes. After the change is processed, the drive output circuit sends an alarm signal to detect whether there is material in the silo.
