Working Principle of Pressure Transmitter
NP93420 series diffused silicon pressure transmitters are all use imported chips, a new generation of pressure sensors produced after careful structural design, signal processing and assembly, and testing in strict accordance with national standards. This series of products has stable output, high sensitivity and precision, and also has good temperature characteristics and strong anti-interference ability
The NP93420 series is made of the pressure resistance effect of semiconductors and micro-machine technology, on the specific crystal direction of the single crystal silicon wafer, using photoetching technology, diffusion and other semiconductor processes to make a Wheatstone bridge to form a sensitive diaphragm, when subjected to external force, a slight change occurs, the resistivity changes, and the bridge arm resistance changes (one pair becomes larger and the other becomes smaller) in the excitation voltage signal output, through computer temperature compensation, laser resistance adjustment, signal amplification and other processing methods and strict assembly testing , calibration and other processes to produce a pressure transmitter with a standard output signal.
Design Feature of Pressure Transmitter
◎The output is stable, the sensitivity is high, the influence of interference and noise and other factors are relatively small, the corresponding cost of the amplifier circuit is reduced, and the resolution is greatly improved.
◎The dedicated V/I integrated circuit has few peripheral devices, high reliability, simple and easy maintenance, small size, light weight, and extremely convenient installation and debugging.
◎Aluminum alloy die-casting shell, three-terminal isolation, electrostatic spray protection layer, sturdy and durable.
◎4-20mA DC two-wire signal transmission, strong anti-interference ability and long transmission distance.
◎LED, LCD, pointer, three kinds of indicator heads, on-site reading is very convenient. They can be used to measure viscous, crystalline and corrosive media.
◎Diffusion silicon pressure transmitter is used in dangerous and explosive fields. The product has the characteristics of low current, low voltage and low power consumption. It is an intrinsically safe explosion-proof product and is equipped with an explosion-proof certificate.
