Reliable Work High Accuracy Wide Range NYGZ-L Metal Tube Float Flowmeter
NYGZ-L series metal tube float flowmeter structure is simple, reliable work, high accuracy, wide range of applications. Compared with the glass rotor flowmeter can withstand higher pressure. NYGZ-L series flowmeter has in situ indication, electric remote transmission, limit switch alarm, corrosion resistance, jacketed type, damping type and explosion-proof varieties. Widely used in national defense, chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, electric power, environmental protection, medicine and light industry and other departments of liquid, gas flow measurement and automatic control.
Flowmeter detection parts are made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel, special occasions can also be made of Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti or F46 and other corrosion-resistant materials. Except for special specifications, the height of the flow meter is 250 mm, and the connection flange is GB/T9119.8~10 standard, which can also be customized according to the special requirements of users.
NYGZ-L Metal Tube Float Flowmeter working Principle
When the fluid from bottom to top passes through the upright measuring tube, the float rises under the action of the pressure difference, and the height of the float rise represents the size of the flow. The float rises to a height that represents the flow rate and is transmitted to the indicator through a coupling between the magnet in the float and the magnet in the indicator, which drives the pointer in the indicator to rotate.
