NYLD-CR insertion electromagnetic flow meter is a new type of flow meter developed on the basis of pipeline electromagnetic flow meter. On the basis of retaining the advantages of pipeline electromagnetic flow meter, it is installed on pipeline for pipeline electromagnetic flow meter. Difficulty, high cost and other defects, according to the principle of NIKURADS, the volume flow of the fluid is obtained by measuring the average flow rate of the fluid by electromagnetic method. Especially after adopting the technology of press-opening and press-installation, the plug-in electromagnetic flow meter can be installed without stopping the water, and it can also be installed on cast iron pipes and cement pipes. The successful development of the plug-in electromagnetic flow meter provides a new method for the detection of fluid flow.

 

Insertion Electromagnetic Flow Meter Design Feature

 

◎It is only related to the insertion depth, so it has wide versatility and strong interchangeability. One model can be applied to the fluid measurement requirements of various sizes of pipelines. Range automatic switching function. When the flow meter changes in the flow range, the range can be automatically switched to ensure accurate measurement within the full range.

◎Forward and reverse flow calculation function. Users can choose forward metering or reverse metering (the factory is forward metering).

◎Upper and lower limit alarm, empty pipe alarm

◎Power-off protection, parameters will not be lost after power-off, EEPROM can save set parameters and accumulated values.

◎Small signal cut function. The user can set the lower limit voltage or lower limit flow through the display panel, so as to cut off the small interference signal.

◎The instrument uses the principle of "auto-zero" to eliminate the electrochemical interference signal, and the zero point is self-stabilizing.

◎Converters and sensors have a variety of protection levels and installation methods, with IP68 suitable for submersible installations.
