Tuning Fork Switch Level Meter Working Principle
NYYCUK tuning fork level switch is a general-purpose liquid level limit switch. The tuning fork is excited by the piezoelectric crystal to generate vibration. When the tuning fork is immersed in liquid or solid, the vibration frequency changes, and the frequency change is detected by the electronic circuit as a switch. The tuning fork type liquid level limit switch is not affected by the dielectric constant, turbulence, agitation, bubbles, vibration and other factors, and has no moving parts, so no maintenance and adjustment are required. It is an ideal choice for liquid level switches under complex working conditions. The smart chip can be used as an oil-water interface switch.
Tuning fork level switches are widely used in tap water, mineral water, gasoline, diesel, pulp, glue, waste water, dyes, acid-base solutions, beer, beverages and other liquid media limit monitoring, but also for solid powder and solid Limit monitoring of medium such as small particles.
Tuning Fork Switch Level Meter Design Features
◎It is suitable for measuring free-flowing, medium-density solid powders or granules. Also suitable for almost all liquid media, this series of tuning fork level switches can measure a variety of levels, with high/low fail-safe limit switches, overflow or idly running protection, pump control, and it has the function of showing whether there is liquid flowing in the pipe.

◎Strong adaptability—different electrical parameters and densities of the material to be tested will not affect the measurement. Harsh conditions such as scaling, agitation, turbulence, bubbles, vibration, medium viscosity, high temperature, and high pressure have no effect on detection.
◎No adjustment required: It is not affected by the dielectric constant and density of the measured medium, so no on-site adjustment is required no matter what kind of liquid is measured.
◎Maintenance-free: The detection process of the tuning fork switch is completed by the electronic circuit, and there are no moving parts. Once installed and put into operation, it does not require on-site adjustment.
