The main components of automated storage & retrieval racking system include high-end racks, conveyor systems, and narrow aisle stacking cranes. As a high-density storage solution, both vertical and horizontal spaces are fully designed and utilized for efficiency and productivity.
A pallet racking system with high bays is the fundamental structure on which all the operations are based on. The height of racks are commonly ranged from 5m to 12m decided on the warehouse's ceiling height. For each product or pallet, the weight is about 50~100kg, relatively light for easy distribution.
