The glue-free waddings produced by WJM-2 Nonwoven Glue free padding Production Line(WJM-2 Nonwoven thermo bonded wadding production line) is replacement of sponge, used forexclusive mattress, sofa cushion, tatami, filtering material and acoustic feltetc. The glue-free waddings dryer adopts stainless steel chain plate structure.

2) Carding machines with high output and excellent quality of design and engineering. Yingyang weight control systems ensure constant web weights with little weight variations. All cards are fitted with regulated air flow and dust control/extraction units.
