Multifunctional bending machine to make channel letter 3D AD signs 2000W
Machine description
QA-DB400 bending machine to make channel letter is a multifunctional bending machine for all metal sheet profiles, the machine equip with double bending head and double notching knife for two different materials, one is for aluminum only, one is for steel and iron.
Imported blade for steel iron slotting, round milling cutter for notching aluminum. The aluminum can have special edge, see attached photo.
When change different material, just need to change the bending head and also choose the suitable software for different material.
Equip with rolling feeding material, the built-in closed-loop control system, to realize the closed-loop control of the contour length, make sure to send the feed precision up to 0.1mm
The high performance multi axis motion control card and the software control system, the machine has stable performance, automatic regulating groove depth, processing speed etc.
It is a professional channel letter bending machine for metal materials without edge.

Features
1. Automatic feeding, open angle 45-135 degrees, automatic bending arc(curved mini diameter 15mm)
2. Fast speed, finish at one time, no need a separate production of acrylic blocks.
3. Controlled by step motor, finish one 30cm letter “S” only takes 44 seconds.
4. The tool is quick and convenient, the material of different thickness of arbitrary processing.
5. Can read DXF,AI, plt vector file format, the same as laser cutting files. Much more convenient to work together with laser machines to finish the whole work of a channel letter.
6. The linkage of the bent structure, the servo motor is used for bending and the efficiency is high.
7. It adopts two servo motors that makes feeding and bending speed faster
8. Develop a self-make new software, match with machine working well and make easier process higher precision.
9. The original double-bent knife parallel bending technology, bending angle reached 130 °.
10. High precision machining, feeding precision can reach 0.01mm, bending accuracy up to 0.4 °.
