System Introduction
Robot200 micro laser welding machine is an of important applicable fields,whose processing type is heat transmission, processing work pieces surface by laser radiation , heat transmit from surface to bowel, by controlling laser width, energy, top power and repitition frequency to melt workpieces , form a special melting pool.
The spot welding process is thermal conduction, i.e. the laser radiation heats the surface of work piece, and the surface heat diffuses to the interior through thermal conduction and melts the work piece by controlling the width, energy, peak power and repeating frequency of laser pulse to form specific molten pool.
There is no depression phenomenon at the junction between the material and matrix, oxidation rate is low after argon protection, workpieces can not change colour. There are obvious advantages in repairing small rift, complex angle of the sand hole.
