Robot150 Jewelry Laser welding Machine is a mini laser welder, which specially designed for jewelry, like gold silver. it can also weld and repair almost all kinds of metal materials.
Jewelry laser welding machine is an important and basic aspect of laser welding technology. When laser radiation heats the surface of work-piece, the surface heat diffuses to the interior through thermal conduction and melts the work piece by controlling the width, energy, peak power and repeating frequency of laser pulse to form specific molten pool.
The observing system is equipped with 10X microscope to observe with cross. Also it can see the welding point very clearly from the microscope. Make sure you can soldering the slit products acurately.
It has high speed electron flitting device to protect the operator's eyes from being hurt.
The processing type of the laser welding machine is heat transmission, processing work pieces surface by laser radiation , heat transmit from surface to bowel, by controlling laser width, energy, top power and repitition frequency to melt workpieces , form a special melting pool.
